Director #VenkyAtluri :

First of all, I would like to thank the press and media very, very much. This is the third time I am meeting you after Vaathi, Lucky Baskhaar, and now Vishwanath And Sons.

Even though Vaathi was a bilingual film, you gave such a tremendous response to it. You gave an equally wonderful response to the Tamil-dubbed version of Lucky Baskhaar as well.

When it came to Vishwanath And Sons, I watched the film at Rohini Theatre and then came for a special show with the press. I was very excited and nervous, wondering how they were going to respond. But the way everyone welcomed me, made me feel comfortable, and appreciated me and the film made me feel as though I was spending time and talking with my own family. Everyone spoke to me so warmly and appreciated the film so genuinely. I will never forget this.

If Telugu cinema is like my Amma and Tamil cinema is like my Periyamma, then receiving the blessings of both these mothers is possible because of all of you. I have been working for nearly ten years, struggling to become a good director and earn a good name. That journey is still continuing. But the biggest support I have received along the way has come from all of you. I will never forget that in my life.

Coming to my team and my cast, #Sunil anna, I really liked you. Your performance was excellent, and even off-screen, I never saw you getting angry or upset about anything. You were always fun, happy, and such a positive person.

@BhavaniSre, even though you had a small role, the way you handled it was really beautiful. Thank you for portraying it so gracefully.

#Balaji bro, you have given five songs for this film, and they were all wonderful. Your songs are definitely one of the biggest strengths of this film. I really enjoyed them, and I hope to work with you again in my upcoming films as well.

@PrimarkProd , this is your first film as a distributor. Your growth is increasing day by day. There are a lot of bookings, and many families are coming to watch the film. There hasn’t been a drop anywhere. So, I believe family audiences will continue to celebrate this film even in the coming days.

@realradikaa mam, there wasn’t a single piece of advice from you that wasn’t useful during the shoot of Vishwanath And Sons. Every piece of advice you gave was extremely valuable. Most importantly, when I narrated the story to you, some of the inputs you gave and one particular doubt you raised became a major factor for me in deciding to cast this particular heroine for the character.

Thank you for choosing @_mamithabaiju, for bringing out such a wonderful performance through her, and for the beautiful performance you have given. You have been one of the major strengths of this film, and your character is something everyone loves. It was really happy working with you.

Mamitha, I have already told you this. If I ever wished to have a sister, I would want that sister to be you. I really liked your performance. You went beyond yourself and gave so much importance to the character and the acting. Even though you did not focus much on yourself, you gave so much importance to the character and the performance. Thank you so much for that. I would love to work with you in my upcoming films as well.

Suriya sir couldn’t be here today, but I want to say a few words about him.

Before that, @gvprakash sir, working with you has made me extremely happy. You have never said no to me at any point. We have worked together on three films so far, and in all three films, whenever I asked you for something, you never rejected it. Whatever I asked for, you gave me. I see that as a great quality.

When I first met you, I asked you, ‘Should I call you sir, or can I call you bro?’ You told me to call you bro. And now, we have genuinely become brothers. We have become like a family. So, thank you, GV, for all your support. I believe our journey together will continue for many more films.

Then, @Suriya_offl sir. When I took this story to Suriya sir and narrated it to him, he could have chosen to do a commercial film, or he could have gone for some other kind of content-driven film. But he was the one who insisted that we should make a family film.

He knew what kind of films our audience would accept when we made a film like this. So, I really appreciate that daring move and bold attempt, because the way it has been conveyed and the way it has connected with the audience has brought so much love from everyone, from family audiences, fans, the press and overseas audiences. It has received such a wonderful response from everyone.

He clearly understood that we need to give people something new. We shouldn’t keep giving them the same thing again and again. When we give audiences something fresh, they will accept it, value it and appreciate it. He understands that very well. And I believe only someone like him could have made such a bold decision.

Even now, when it was posted in the PR group’s updates that the film had crossed ₹150 crore in gross collections as of yesterday, I genuinely got goosebumps when I heard it.

So, all the credit goes to Suriya sir and the potential he has shown with this film. I would like to thank each and every person who bought a ticket to watch this film.

Thank you all. Thank you, Tamil Nadu.
